Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.

  • A small convenience fee may apply for COD orders.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS.
  • Your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

ThreadLab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the package if possible.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the package and the product.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
  • High seasonal demand

Currently, ThreadLab ships only within India.
